Gloria Funes

Gloria, Creative Director, is an innovative visual storyteller with over 15 years of experience in leading designs across diverse media platforms. Her extensive background in graphic design, brand management, and video production positions her perfectly to bring our clients’ vision to life.

At Curley, Gloria leads the account and creative teams through every step of the process, developing innovative solutions driven by real market insights to produce beautiful, compelling visual assets.

Before her Curley days, Gloria dedicated nearly a decade to diversifying and elevating campaign strategies in the public sector, advancing brands and their priorities through impactful creative. Early in her career, Gloria dedicated time to restaurant branding and expanded the visual identities of several esteemed groups including Jose Andres’ ThinkFoodGroup.

Gloria attended college in Virginia and graduated Cum Laude with a major in graphic design and a minor in interactive design. She continues to stay abreast of current trends and is currently attending James Madison University to complete her degree in Business Communications in 2025.

Gloria’s favorite activity in DC is riding her bike across the Arlington Memorial Bridge towards the monuments (especially at night).
