Emily Benson

Emily Benson, Senior Account Manager, applies her knack for contemporary political communication and experience in digital strategy to execute public affairs tactics for Curley Company’s clients. At Curley Company, Emily supports a variety of clients in the technology, housing and non-profit sectors, servicing day-to-day communications needs including earned media, digital advocacy, and owned content development.

Prior to Curley, Emily worked as a Public Affairs Intern for Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, was a Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Intern for the Emory Career Center, and a Policy Intern for the GovTech company Civic Eagle. Most recently, Emily served as a Digital Associate for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee during the 2022 election cycle. Her interest in the intersections of policy and communications led her to Curley, where she leverages her background to provide strategic support for clients.

Emily graduated Summa Cum Laude from Emory University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Film and Media Studies.

Emily’s favorite place in DC is the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. However, The International Spy Museum is a close second.
