Lauren Shreve
Lauren Shreve supports the team by providing consultative support to People Operations at Curley Company. Throughout her career, Lauren has been recognized for her ability to develop and implement innovative HR solutions that align with business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. She believes in the power of strategic HR interventions to drive organizational success and is adept at navigating complex organizational challenges with empathy, integrity, and professionalism.
Lauren serves as a member of the Dulles Society of Human Resources Chapter and has served on the leadership team with Mentor HR since 2015, an award-winning group that fosters growth and development within the larger Human Resources community through mentorship. Lauren also holds two active senior-level HR certifications, an SPHR (since 2011) and the SHRM-SCP (since 2015). Lauren is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and a minor in sociology.
Lauren loves springtime in DC walking along the tidal basin enjoying peak bloom of the cherry blossoms. The rest of the year, she enjoys discovering new places, enjoying new foods and spending time with her friends and family.
