2021 @ Curley
This year, for the second year in a row, Curley was recognized by PRWeek as a finalist for Boutique Agency of the Year North America. While doing my happy dance, I am also reflecting on 2021. When I started the agency 20 years ago, my vision was to create an agency where I would like to work and with client service as a differentiator. These two principles are still fundamental to the agency today and fuel our continued evolution and growth. This year we kicked off our 20th year as an agency and celebrated with a sign in front of our office on 18th & K Street. We welcomed new team members and clients and achieved another year of significant growth for the firm and team, including over 300 percent growth of our digital advocacy practice. We also launched “Curley College,” our training program designed to both leverage the best available thinking in strategic communications and create Curley-centric customizable content tailored to each experience level. While we grow and evolve, what hasn’t changed is our focus on delivering excellent client service and doing it with a people-centric, solutions-based approach. We are a team of people who derive immense satisfaction from affecting change, having an impact, and seeing the tangible results of our work. In 2021 we have been surrounded by challenges in the world around us and I am grateful to be navigating them with this incredible Curley team and with the partnership of our EVP, KayAnn Schoeneman.
