At Curley Company, Don focuses on creating integrated campaigns across owned and paid digital channels that deliver an audience-first approach to ensure our clients are reaching key audiences and influencers where they spend time online with messages that will resonate most. Don’s passion for media planning and analytics has helped clients deliver impactful campaigns with measurable, actionable results.
Prior to Curley, Don was at APCO Worldwide as a digital hybrid and campaign management lead, developing strategies and media plans to reach his client’s key stakeholders and audiences. His client industries ranged from energy and utilities, education, technology, transportation, and healthcare, and projects spanned brand awareness, grassroots advocacy and legislative support, and lead generation campaigns.
Before APCO, Don was at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), the owner and producer of CES, as a digital strategist. His work helped establish the digital strategy for the association and the trade show, building their audiences, improving brand reputation and increasing engagement around key messages and priorities.
Don graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He currently resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife and son.
Don’s favorite place in Washington is El Rey taqueria and Mexican beer garden, where he enjoys the best tacos in town.
