At Curley Company, we love nothing more than to bring cutting-edge, digital solutions to our clients’ problems. We are looking for a talented Account Manager, Digital to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is smart, enthusiastic, curious and willing to take risks. She/he/they will have the skills needed to support and run digital and paid media campaigns and create compelling written, visual and digital content for a diverse group of clients.



  • Coordinate, execute and maintain paid digital campaigns across all social media channels
  • Depending on campaign requirements, act as a day-to-day digital lead on a variety of digital campaign activities
  • Analyze and report on digital campaign metrics
  • Maintain and monitor media budgets
  • Monitor real-time social media conversations for clients as needed
  • Contribute to the planning and development of clients’ social media editorial calendars
  • Manage daily content schedules for clients across a variety of social media channels
  • Develop and refine on-message copy for a variety of digital content, including social media and email
  • Collaborate with Creative and Traditional media teams on the development and execution of client strategies
  • Promote a positive team culture
  • Stay up to date on industry and digital trends and recommend how Curley can apply those trends to augment our client work

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in digital interactive communications and/or marketing required, with paid digital experience mandatory
  • Experience with social media analytic tools preferred
  • Experience in implementing social media strategies to achieve client objectives
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
