Account Manager, Digital

At Curley Company, we love nothing more than to bring cutting edge, digital solutions to our client’s problems. We are looking for a talented Account Manager, Digital to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is smart, enthusiastic, curious, and willing to take risks. She/he/they will have the skills needed to support and run digital and paid media campaigns and create compelling written, visual, and digital content for a diverse group of clients.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, execute and maintain paid digital campaigns across all social media channels
  • Depending on campaign requirements, act as a day-to-day digital lead on a variety of digital campaign activities
  • Analyze and report on digital campaign metrics
  • Maintain and monitor media budgets
  • Monitor real time social media conversation for clients as needed
  • Contribute to the planning and development of client’s social media editorial calendars
  • Manage daily content schedules for clients across a variety of social media channels
  • Develop and refine on-message copy for a variety of digital content, including social media and email
  • Collaborate with Creative and Traditional media teams, on the development and execution of client strategies
  • Promote a positive team culture
  • Stay up to date on industry and digital trends and recommend how Curley can apply those trends to augment our client work

 Qualifications: 

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in digital interactive communications and/or marketing required, with paid digital experience mandatory
  • Experience with social media analytic tools preferred
  • Experience in implementing social media strategies to achieve client objectives
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
