Emma Jekowsky, Account Supervisor, is an expert in content strategy, copywriting and editing, and digital reputation management. She puts her talent for content creation and research acumen to use for clients including The Stuttering Foundation, The New Markets Tax Credit Coalition, and The Center for Organizational Excellence.
At Curley Company, Emma coordinates digital content strategy, research and monitoring, and media relations for a variety of clients in the nonprofit, government and corporate sectors. She works with clients to develop tailored digital strategies and create unique, targeted content to grow and sustain their digital presence in the marketplace. In addition, she serves as the in-house copy editor for all Curley Company content, oversees web content management and coordinates social media strategy for Curley Company’s digital platforms. Emma also assists with event logistics and on-site guest management for a variety of Curley Company clients.
Prior to joining Curley Company, Emma served as the Development and Communications Assistant for Rare, a nonprofit conservation organization that empowers local communities to solve global conservation challenges. While at Rare, Emma helped coordinate the organization’s social media presence, wrote copy and served as copy editor for marketing collateral, board reports, blog posts and proposals.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of Maryland, and is currently pursuing a master’s in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University. She is also an active member of the Public Relations Society of America. Emma is originally from Glen Rock, NJ and now resides in Washington, D.C.
