Elizabeth Kadick, Associate Vice President, is an expert in government relations and stakeholder management, with extensive experience on Capitol Hill and in the New York State Legislature. As communications director for a Republican congressman, Elizabeth was responsible for all communications activities for the congressman across national and local media outlets reaching more than 700,000 constituents.
Elizabeth planned and executed long-term brand management activities, serving as the spokesperson for the congressman, coordinating press opportunities, managing media relations, handling crisis communications, driving measurable traffic to social media sites, and writing and editing all press releases, statements and advisories. In this role, Elizabeth also managed strategic positioning and framed the direction, tone and scope of interviews.
Prior to her time as communications director, Elizabeth served as the deputy communications director for the congressman, leading public relations efforts and creating the outreach strategy and content to educate constituents on pivotal issues and the position of the office. Elizabeth carried out all day-to-day communications of the office, with an emphasis on reputation, name recognition and brand cultivation. Prior to her time on Capitol Hill, Elizabeth ran communications for a congressional campaign.
Elizabeth also has extensive government relations and public affairs experience at the state and local level, serving as press secretary for a New York State senator. Elizabeth is a graduate of St. Lawrence University with a bachelor’s degree in Government and Religious Studies. Originally from Honeoye Falls, NY, Elizabeth resides in Alexandria, VA.
Elizabeth has organized and managed high-profile press events on and around Capitol Hill and around the country including debates, press conferences, legislation rollouts and national roadshows.
